COVID-19 has necessitated a number of changes. The 2020 Annual General Meeting was cancelled. As this was an election year and elections could not be held, the executive and board members have agreed to extend their terms until elections can be held. Board meetings are been held virtually.

Refreshed!  A complete re-painting of this historic church was done this fall.  Some of the big cracks were repaired but the historical uneven plaster walls remain as they have for many, many years. Funding for this special project came wholly from Strathcona County (Glen Lawerence, councillor)and the Metis Nations of Alberta.

The Memorial  Window of verified burials has now been hung beside the museum window for easy viewing by visitors.  Please note the titles on the various sections, as some of the burials have only been verified by Church or Provincial records, not headstones.
